tools learned in the classroom, our
staffs learn on the job under the wing
of more experienced professionals. For
new technologies, in-house research

capabilities of the emerging
technologies via professional seminars
and in-house demo/pilot projects.

Division has an
internal repository for the purpose of
knowledge transfer. Technical training
material, quality training material,
past project work, and industry best
practice sharing are available on the

Employee Training
Training
at TACL -IT
Division starts from the first day you
join our team. For all new employees, we have
an introductory course that allows our
employees to get familiar with the company's
business, processes, organization, culture and
values.
Project
Management Training
For experienced
professionals that perform leadership roles,
courses in management training are provided
in-house based on department and nature of the
job.

TACL -IT
Division has
alliances with universities around the Asia
Pacific region to prepare students for the IT
outsourcing industry. We are working with
universities to develop curriculum and
examinations that meet the demands of today's
IT professionals. If you are a student, you
